London: 800th Anniversary of the Stigmata of St. Francis

17 September in London:
– 9:00am Morning Prayer at Southwark Cathedral located at London Bridge, London SE1 9DA. Please note that this is a regular Cathedral liturgical service that is open to the public.
– After Morning Prayer, join us for a pilgrimage walk to All Hallows Eco-Church for refreshments and a sing-along of St. Francis’ Canticle of the Creatures. The Church location is 1 Pepper Street, London SE1 0PE. Note: Use entrance on Copperfield Street.
– 12:00pm Roman Catholic Mass celebrating the 800th Anniversary of the Stigmata of St. Francis of Assisi at St. George Cathedral, located at Lambeth Road, London SE1 7HY.
– After Mass, join us for luncheon in St. George Cathedral Hall (RSVP needed/cost £10)
– Following luncheon, we will continue our pilgrimage to Lambeth Palace. The Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby and his wife Caroline have graciously opened their gardens for the final stop of our London Pilgrim Walk. Location: 163-168 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1. CAPACITY REACHED. RSVP is closed for this event.
